Strix

/

Strix has been designed as the perfect first 'big' suit.

It balances ease of use with a significant step up in performance and will be best put to use by jumpers with extensive experience in smaller suits, and a solid understanding of the basics.

The latest edition has evolved from it's predecessors with many modifications to make perfecting transitions and all forms of acro more accessible in this size of suit than ever before.

If you are looking to progress to even larger suits then Strix is an important stepping stone and not to be overlooked as it allows you to adapt and refine your skills without simultaneously dealing with high pressurisation and other complications that come with advanced and specialised suits.

It is clear that jumpers who put the work in at each step end up being the strongest and safest flyers.

This suit features great performance, excellent stability, high dynamic range for formation flying, an impressive flare, easy pull and great overall acro ability.

If you are comfortable throwing your Havok around the sky and are now looking for the increased speed, flare and glide that comes with more surface area, then Strix is for you.

Level 3 - We recommend a minimum of 80 wingsuit flights and total comfort flying a level 2 suit before putting the Strix on.

  2. Select the size you need.
  3. If it is available then go to your cart, add shipping as required and proceed to checkout.
  4. If your dates are not available then you can use the availability checker to find something that works. If still no good then get in touch and we will see what we can do!

Swapping suits and extending rentals is subject to availability so we strongly recommend contacting us as early as possible.

Healthy progression takes work. Flying a suit that you aren't ready for is not an efficient way to learn and, more importantly, is not safe.

Everybody learns at different speeds and our recommendations are not magic numbers. If you are at all unsure then talk to us or seek tailored advice from a qualified coach.

Rules and regulations are, for better or worse, a fact of life. They vary from country to country and from dropzone to dropzone. You should check with your governing body and DZ for their requirements.
