Our fleet are all 2025 models and we will be stocking new suits as soon as they are released!

FAQ and General Info

We recommend reading through the below before reaching out or placing an order.

  • Renting from Wingsuit Wizard is simple.

    Choose the suit that meets your skill level and preferences, talk with us or your coach if you are at all unsure about this.

    Check availability on the website calender. Minimum rental period is 4 weeks.

    In your basket add shipping as required, provide your details and agree to the rental agreement (you need to actually read it!).

    Pay by debit, credit, or numerous other payment options and the suit will be delivered to your chosen address.

    Once received, keep hold of the box, you will need it for the return!

    Have fun! Fly it as much as you want, lend it to your friends to try if you feel, you can even share the rental cost with others at the DZ.

    If you want to extend your rental or switch suits then great! It is subject to availability so let us know as fast as possible!

    At the end of the rental we will email you a shipping label, stick this on the outside of the box.

    It will then be collected from your chosen address.

    To claim your Phoenix Fly voucher just let us know.

  • You can find the details of our sizing here and on the individual product pages.

    If your height is in between 2 sizes then we generally recommend to go for the bigger one.

    The below is a general guide, if you are an unusual shape then get in touch with us and we will be happy to advise you.

  • Accidents can happen and we understand that. If you accidentally damage your suit then please inform us as soon as possible.

    Depending on the extent of the damage, you may incur additional charges. We'll assess the damage and discuss the cost with you.

    We strongly recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding damage. This can be viewed below and again at checkout.

  • Yes!!

    This is done on an ad hoc basis for now so get in touch if you are interested to rent any other suits in the Phoenix-Fly range; from the Classic Two Piece to the Vampire Competition and everything in between!!

    Don't forget that you can switch models mid rental. If you want to try a Onesie or something for a few days at the beginning or end of your rental period then we will see what we can do!
